How do I access my member portal?
Login above with your email and password. Parents and students new to studio membership will receive an email to sign in and set your password.
How do I reschedule my lesson?
On the calendar page, find the lesson event you need to reschedule and click “Cancel Booking”, then select a new time that works for you. Contact Brooke if you have trouble booking or adjusting the timeslots.
Is there a mobile app available?
There is a webapp you can add to your phone home screen. On Chrome, tap the three dot menu and “add to home screen”.
What if I forget my password?
Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page to reset your password via email.
Can I track my practice sessions?
Yes! Log time in the “Practice Log” page with notes for yourself and the teacher to review the effectiveness of your practice sessions.
How do I contact my teacher?
In your portal, you can find Brooke’s contact details by clicking the three line hamburger menu “Contact Info” page.
How do I make tuition payments?
Your desginated family contact with receive monthly invoices with your tuition balance due. Available methods of payment are listed in your invoice email and in the studio policy pdf.
Are the lesson plans customizable?
Absolutely! Lessons are tailored to fit your learning style and goals. Please tell Brooke about any specific goals you have, and she will help you plan and prepare.
Where can I find the studio policies?
You can review and download the studio policy pdf from a folder in your “Online Resources” page.
How do I use all the features available in the portal?
